ABOUT THE ARC

The Attorney’s Resource Conference™ (ARC) is not a general legal conference.

ARC 2026 is built for trial attorneys in personal injury litigation, on both sides of the aisle, who are responsible for the outcomes of medically complex cases.

This is the work that decides cases:

  • Building or dismantling medical causation

  • Examining treating providers and expert witnesses

  • Translating complex medical records into courtroom strategy

  • Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and exposure in medical evidence

If your cases involve medical facts, records, and expert testimony, this is where you get sharper.

TESTIMONIALS

What Attorneys Are Saying

Insightful and Impactful!

I have found the ARC to be extremely useful. It offers a perspective to attorneys that we don't often get the behind the scenes view on... I recommend this conference for any attorney who is practicing in the liability space, especially as it relates to personal injuries.

Kellie L. Howard - Attorney

"I was blown away!"

"You get an opportunity to network with people who have a wealth of experience in nursing.... I think the networking component that the ARC provides is invaluable!

Stephanie Arndt - Attorney

"There are some presentations here!"

"At ARC I've learned which LNC's are sub-specialized in different areas. If its an orthopedic case, I'm going to want an orthopedic specialist. If it's trauma, I'm going to want someone who is in critical care... and they're all here! I've learned a lot."

- Sam Davis Esq.
