Michaelene Sowinski is a Partner with Vandeveer Garzia. Michaelene began her career in the legal field over 25 years ago as a law clerk for her brother who is also an attorney. She now has over 15 years of experience as a personal injury attorney litigating complex medical malpractice and automobile negligence claims. Michaelene has always had a passion for litigating medical malpractice claims. For the first 13 years of her practice, she represented victims in negligence claims. She now advocates for caregivers and medical professionals. With her experience on both sides of the courtroom, she is able to effectively resolve claims on behalf of her clients.
