Attorney's Resource Conference (ARC) 2026 Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

By registering for, attending, participating in, or accessing the Attorney's Resource Conference ("ARC"), including the ARC Attendee Portal and mobile application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Attendance

All conference registrations are subject to approval, availability, and payment confirmation.

The Attorney's Resource Conference reserves the right to deny, revoke, suspend, or cancel registration or event access at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Conference schedules, speakers, educational sessions, venues, networking events, and conference programming are subject to change without notice.

ARC Attendee Portal & Mobile App

Registered attendees may receive access to the ARC Attendee Portal and mobile application, which may include conference schedules, speaker presentations, announcements, educational materials, networking features, exhibitor information, and event communications.

Portal access is intended solely for registered attendees and may not be shared, transferred, sold, distributed, or provided to unauthorized individuals.

ARC reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for misuse, unauthorized sharing, inappropriate conduct, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform availability, ARC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the attendee portal, mobile app, or related digital services.

Payment & Refund Policy

Conference registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by ARC.

Ticket transfers may be permitted upon approval by conference organizers and must be requested prior to the event.

Failure to attend the conference for any reason does not qualify for a refund, credit, future event transfer, or reimbursement of travel-related expenses.

Media Release

By attending ARC or participating in conference-related activities, including participation within the attendee portal, livestreams, virtual sessions, networking events, interviews, or recorded discussions, you consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, and otherwise documented.

You grant UPvision Consulting, LLC, the Attorney's Resource Conference, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and authorized representatives the irrevocable right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, company affiliation, and statements in:

  • Photographs

  • Video recordings

  • Livestreams

  • Podcasts

  • Websites

  • Promotional materials

  • Social media content

  • Educational resources

  • Future marketing and advertising materials

No compensation, royalties, or additional approval shall be required for such use.

Educational & Informational Purposes

Conference presentations, discussions, materials, recordings, resources, and content made available through the attendee portal are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing presented during ARC should be considered legal, medical, financial, business, or professional advice.

Attendees are solely responsible for evaluating and applying information obtained through conference sessions, materials, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, or networking interactions.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance and participation in ARC activities are voluntary.

You assume all risks associated with travel to, attendance at, participation in, and use of conference activities, facilities, digital platforms, networking events, and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury

  • Illness or communicable disease exposure

  • Property loss or damage

  • Technology failures

  • Travel disruptions

  • Other unforeseen incidents

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless UPvision Consulting, LLC, the Attorney's Resource Conference, event organizers, venue operators, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, affiliates, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, costs, or causes of action arising out of or relating to:

  • Conference attendance

  • Participation in conference activities

  • Use of the attendee portal or mobile application

  • Interactions with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, or attendees

  • Reliance upon information presented during the conference

Professional Conduct

ARC is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and educational environment.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, abusive conduct, or inappropriate interactions toward attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, or volunteers will not be tolerated.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the conference, revocation of attendee portal access, and denial of future event participation without refund.

Sponsor & Exhibitor Interactions

Sponsors, exhibitors, and event partners may provide information regarding products, services, educational opportunities, and professional resources.

Participation in sponsor activities, promotional offers, demonstrations, surveys, or networking opportunities is voluntary.

ARC is not responsible for the products, services, claims, representations, or business practices of sponsors, exhibitors, or third-party organizations.

Intellectual Property

All conference materials, presentations, recordings, logos, trademarks, branding, educational content, portal content, and distributed resources remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, record, retransmit, publish, share, modify, sell, or create derivative works from conference content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Unauthorized recording of conference sessions, speaker presentations, or portal content may result in removal from the event and legal action where applicable.

Scheduling & Event Changes

ARC reserves the right to modify event schedules, speaker lineups, session formats, educational programming, venues, networking activities, portal features, or conference services due to operational requirements, safety concerns, speaker availability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

Privacy

Your use of ARC services, including conference registration and the attendee portal, is governed by the ARC Privacy Policy. By participating in ARC, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the state or jurisdiction in which the conference organizer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Agreement

By registering for, attending, participating in, or accessing any portion of the Attorney's Resource Conference, including the ARC Attendee Portal and mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
