Terms & Conditions
By registering for or attending the Attorneys Resource Conference (“ARC”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration & Attendance
All registrations are subject to approval and availability. ARC reserves the right to deny, revoke, or cancel registration at its discretion.
Conference schedules, speakers, sessions, and event details are subject to change without notice.
Payment & Refund Policy
Conference registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by ARC. Ticket transfers may be permitted upon approval by the conference organizers. Failure to attend the conference does not qualify for a refund, credit, or future event transfer.
Media Release
By attending ARC, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded during the event.
You grant UPvision Consulting, Attorneys Resource Conference, and affiliated partners the right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, company affiliation, and statements in photographs, video recordings, livestreams, promotional materials, social media content, podcasts, websites, and future marketing materials without compensation or additional approval.
Educational & Informational Purposes
Conference presentations, discussions, materials, and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. Attendees are responsible for independently evaluating and applying any information presented during the conference.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance and participation in ARC activities are voluntary. You assume all risks associated with travel to, attendance at, and participation in conference activities, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.
Release of Liability
You release and hold harmless UPvision Consulting, Attorneys Resource Conference, event organizers, speakers, sponsors, venue partners, affiliates, employees, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your attendance or participation in the conference.
Professional Conduct
ARC is intended to provide a professional educational environment. Harassment, disruptive behavior, discrimination, solicitation, or inappropriate conduct toward attendees, speakers, sponsors, or staff may result in removal from the event without refund.
Sponsor & Exhibitor Interactions
You understand that sponsors, exhibitors, and event partners may participate in ARC and may provide information regarding services, products, or professional opportunities. Participation in sponsor activities is voluntary.
Intellectual Property
Conference materials, presentations, recordings, branding, and distributed resources remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or republished without written permission.
Scheduling & Event Changes
ARC reserves the right to modify event schedules, speaker lineups, session formats, venues, or conference programming due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.
Agreement
By registering for or attending ARC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
